Free Next or Named Working Day Delivery as Standard

If you’ve got a pest control problem, you’ll want it sorted fast. That’s why we ship out all orders on free next-day delivery wherever possible. In most cases, orders placed before 2 pm will be with you the next working day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be with you the working day after that. If it’s more convenient for you, you can also choose to have your order delivered on any working day up to two weeks after your order date.

For some out-of-area postcodes (such as the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Wight), it may cost us a little more to ship your order to you. In these cases, there may be a delivery charge and it might take a little longer to reach you. We’ll always inform you about this at checkout, so make sure you double-check your order total before payment. You can also see a list of standard delivery costs for all UK postcodes in the table below.

Sometimes our couriers might need a signature on delivery. You’ll receive an email containing tracking information when your order is dispatched – to ensure smooth delivery, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address provided to sign for your package if needed.

Saturday Delivery

Need your order urgently by the weekend? You can select Saturday delivery to guarantee your order will arrive before 1 pm on Saturday.

Morning Deliveries

When dealing with pests, you want to get it sorted as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer pre-noon, pre-10:30 am, and pre-9 am deliveries.

Special delivery services are subject to availability and may not be available in every area. The price of Saturday and Morning deliveries depends on the delivery location.
